Gayle qualified as a solicitor on 15th March 2000 after obtaining her LLB law degree at Newcastle University and her LPC at the College of Law.
Early in her career, Gayle worked in large city-centre firms in Liverpool and Manchester where she specialised in commercial litigations, injunctions, contentious probate, shareholder disputes, property adjudications and defamation cases.
After working in large firms for six years, Gayle went on to work in the CPS as a senior Crown Prosecutor, where she conducted over a hundred trials. She was then was given an exciting opportunity to move to the French Riviera to grow a start-up international property sales and travel business. Due to having a young family and the impacts of Brexit, Gayle chose to move back to the UK permanently, joining Bridge Law’s dispute management team in 2021 as a consultant litigation solicitor.
