Nikki joined Bridge Law in February 2020. After beginning her career as a filing clerk in the 1980’s at Thompsons Solicitors, she went on to qualify as a solicitor on the 3rd November 1997. Nikki went on to work in house for trade unions both regionally, nationally and internationally before becoming a Consultant Employment Solicitor.
Nikki chose to specialise in Employment Law, specifically specialising in work-place discrimination as she wanted to help people facing discrimination in the workplace who feel they have little protection.
Although Discrimination Law is Nikki’s main specialism, she has extensive experience as a HR advisor and works across all Employment Law matters, advising and assisting both employers and employees.
As Nikki understands a lot of her clients do not have funding freely available for cases, she pursues cases on a no-win, no-fee contingency basis after an initial assessment.
